The questions below are designed to determine if your hair is in the healthiest
condition possible. There are several factors that must be considered when
examining the health of hair. Has your hair been the same length for several
years? Do you experience regular hair damage or loss? Have you ever been
completely satisfied with your hair? Answering yes to more than 5 to 6 of these questions may suggest that your hair is not in the healthiest condition possible.
1. Do you consider your hair in its natural state to be a bad grade or texture?
2. Do you suffer from chemical burns after relaxing or texturizing ?
3. Do you experience regular split ends or damaged ends?
4. Do you shed more than approximately 100 strands of hair when brushing
or combing?
5. Do you apply heat to your hair daily?
