Order Agreement
Before placing final order please read all product descriptions carefully. If you have questions before placing your order, please call and one of our staff members will be happy to assist you. All sales are returnable within 7 business days for store credit only. We will not issue credit card or cash refunds. No exceptions. We advice that you place custom orders for wefting or custom blending 48 hrs. in advance. All wefts and custom blends are prepared on premises. In some cases orders can be prepared for same day delivery or pick up.
We accept Visa and MasterCard . Orders will be sent to the billing address of the credit card. Checks are accepted but products will not be released until check has cleared.
Return Policy/Cancelation:
Returns are accepted within 7 days for store credit only. Orders should be cancelled by phone or in person for store credit. We do not extend cash or credit card refunds. Returned hair must be in its original condition. Hair that shows any signs of wear will not be accepted under any circumstances. To make a return you simply need to come into the boutique and one of our staff will be happy to help or email customer service. They will issue you a return number and instructions on how to return the item. Once we receive the package and inspect the hair, you'll receive a store credit that will be good for 1 year.
Damages:
UPS or POSTAL damages are to be reported to us and to them within 48 hours of your receipt of shipment. Please don't accept delivery of packages which are visibly damaged. No reports will be accepted once the 48 hours are up. Changes-Deletions-Disputes: Please print and review your final online order confirmation carefully. If there are any errors or changes please contact us immediately. Please inspect all pick up orders before leaving the boutique. Shipping - We ship with the United States Post office and UPS. If your order is being shipped fees will be added to your order. Prices vary depending on the type of shipping and distance. Rush Shipping is available. At time of your order the rates can be discussed with you.
